By accessing or using MyzMathTutor at myzmathtutor.live ("Service"), operated by MyzTechspace Inc ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

2. Service Description

MyzMathTutor is an AI-powered mathematics tutoring platform that provides:

• Intelligent AI tutoring assistance for mathematics
• Exam preparation for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, and other examination boards
• Practice questions and personalized learning
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Achievement badges and gamification features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MyzMathTutor. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Log out from shared devices after use

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update your information as necessary.

4. Service Tiers

4.1 Free Tier

Our free tier includes:

• AI Tutor: 2 questions (lifetime limit)
• Exam Prep: 15 questions per week (resets weekly)
• Basic progress tracking
• Achievement badges

4.2 Premium Tier

Our premium subscription ($8.00 USD per month) provides:

• Unlimited AI Tutor questions
• Unlimited Exam Prep practice
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience
• Advanced analytics and insights

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Premium Subscription

Our premium subscription costs $8.00 USD per month and provides unlimited access to all features.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer prorated refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at info@myztechspace.ai.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge according to their retry schedule. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled, and you will be downgraded to the free tier.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Current subscribers will be notified via email and will be grandfathered at their existing rate for at least 30 days after the announcement.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share accounts: Your account is personal and non-transferable
• Engage in academic dishonesty: Use the Service to cheat on actual exams or assignments
• Abuse the AI tutor: Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of our Service
• Automate access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Commercial use: Resell or redistribute our content without authorization
• Circumvent limits: Attempt to bypass free tier restrictions
• Harass others: Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MyzMathTutor, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of MyzTechspace Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harass other users or our staff
• Attempt to circumvent our systems or security measures

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate
• Using our Service will guarantee specific exam results

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYZTECHSPACE INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
